Rubbery smell

Please read If you purchased one of our products in EVOO!

I have come across a handful of our bottles with rubber droppers giving off a rubbery smell that has permeated into the EVOO.

Honestly, I'm not sure how or why the odor is released.

So far, I have not received any complaints and oddly enough, my wife can't even tell it's there.

Nonetheless, if you think you smell anything rubbery (or anything else "off" for that matter), please reach out to us with your order number about receiving a free replacement bottle here.

For orders shipped from Aug 4, 2025 onward (Order #773 onward), we have moved back to using a synthetic rubber bulb, more specifically a thermoplastic elastomer called monprene. I'm not thrilled with either choice, but it seems to be a pick-your-poison situation ?.

If you know of any decent alternatives, please chime in!

-K2 MK-4 10 mg/drop: C0001 - C0084.
-D3 1,000 IU/drop: D0140 - D0316.
-D3 10,000 IU/drop: unaffected.
-K2 MK-4 Powder: unaffected.
-Magnesium Glycinate Powder: unaffected.
