Magnesium Glycinate Powder
This magnesium glycinate powder is really good, it dissolves easily and is gentle on the stomach. It has helped me a lot with menstrual cramps, making the pain much milder.

I’ve tried many other magnesium glycinates, but this one is in a league of its own. Every single time I’ve taken this magnesium I get top tier sleep. I like mixing it with some orange juice around an hour before I go to sleep. Great stuff

Major Surprise!
In the past, I've had bad experiences with magnesium products of various forms. For a while I thought I would never be able to supplement magnesium when needed. I bought this for my Wife, but I'm pleasantly surprised it doesn't trigger headaches or digestive upset for me. Thankful for Lark's strict dedication to quality and safety!

Mag Glyc powder
An excellent product. Exactly what you would need if you are looking for magnesium glycinate. It is obvious that a certain level of care and passion goes into this company and their products. A! customer service and products so there really is no reason to get this elsewhere. On top of that you get to support a small player on the game that cares about you. I also noticed others did not like the taste, I places the scoops directly into my mouth and found no weird taste. But I imagine that's just what this stuff tastes like lol.
