Solvent Dilution Guidelines:

1. Choose your solvent oil. (as of Aug. 8, 2024, we recommend California Olive Ranch EVOO, why?).
2. We were able to get roughly 100 mg of Vitamin K2 MK-4 powder into 1 ml of olive oil.
3. This resulted in roughly 30 drops, translating to roughly 3.33 mg of Vitamin K2 MK-4 per drop.
4. Your results may vary based upon your selected oil, temperature, etc.
